The Istanbul International Conference on Cultural and Scientific Exchange is expected to witness a significant Arab presence, expressed by the interest of Arab universities and academic forums in the events.
The Federation of International Universities in cooperation with the European Organization announced the organization of the second edition of the forum in the Turkish city of Istanbul between 9-15 August 2018.
